At Blockhouse Labs, I led a team of six engineers, serving as the Point of Contact across designers and product managers. By aligning workflows through pull request reviews and scrum meetings, I streamlined development processes, resulting in faster project delivery and improved team efficiency.

I played a pivotal role in building scalable applications used by 2,500+ retail users and 3 institutional clients, leveraging technologies such as Next.js, TypeScript, TailwindCSS, Python, Django & FastAPI, MongoDB, and RESTful APIs. These applications integrated financial AI models, enabling intelligent decision-making for users.

To enhance deployment efficiency, I implemented a CI/CD pipeline using AWS, GitHub Actions, and Docker, ensuring smooth and automated releases. Additionally, I deployed PostHog and Sentry for analytics and error tracking, which facilitated A/B testing and enabled data-driven decision-making that significantly increased user engagement.

Beyond web applications, I oversaw the development of a cross-platform mobile app using React Native, coordinating the team to launch two weeks ahead of schedule while maintaining high-quality standards.
